Suddenly, my keyboard, monitor and mouse will not work on my HP Pavillion 724c. Windows XP is the operating system. I have power to the tower (LED on), monitor (LED on) and keyboard LED flashes when I power up but then nothing from any of these peripherals. I have checked and re-checked all cables. COMPUTER, MY LAPTTOP ISN'T WORKING. EXPLANATION INSIDE PLEASE HELP!? REPAIR.

Winbook Si running Windows XP

It was working fine till the other day when I picked it up while it was on and it flashed some blue screen error message that was too quick for me to read and it shut down. When I turned it back on it went to a black screen saying "Operating System Could Not Be Found". I turned it off and on a couple times and eventually it loaded up Windows XP. Everything seemed to work except this one file that I have pictures in. When I clicked that file it said somthing to the effect that it was "corrupt". Everything else worked for a minute untill it gave me another blue screen that said "Page_Input_Error_In_Non_Page.." Somthing like that i cant remember it. Then it did the "Operating System Cant Be Found" thing again when I rebooted but eventually it worked. When I turned it on again it gave me a screen saying some files needed scanning so I did that. After that it loaded up and the picture file worked again but then it was saying my AIM messenger was corrupt.
So I shut it down again and when I turned it back on it acted like it was loading up untill it got to the point when Windows XP should be loading up. When it got to that point the screen was just black and it dosn't do anything. I've tryed turning it off and on again but it's not changing anything. Not sure what to do now. I noticed the casing where I usually pic it up at is cracked and it bends slightly when pressure is applied. Maybe somthing got pulled loose when I picked it up I don't know. Any ideas are appreciated on what could be wrong and what to do.

COMPUTER, COMPUTER SHUTTING DOWN DURING HEAVY USE? REPAIR.

Dell Dimension 5150c dual core processor with 1gb ram seems to be overheating. Not sure but it only shuts down during heavy use. Last time it shut down it caused a X024 blue screen error message and I had to perform a Ctrl/F11 restore to get back into the operating system. Now it seems to be doing it again (although no blue screen yet) only during heavy use. I've run Chkdsk on hard drive and everything ok with it. I've checked memory sticks and they are ok too. Now I'm beginning to think more on the lines of heat from power supply or cpu. Any suggestions? Computer, repair.
